Clinical Study Investigating Use of the Biomarker mSEPT9 for
Post-Treatment Evaluation of CRC Patients (CRC Monitoring)

This study will evaluate whether the epigenetic biomarker mSEPT9 or a combination of mSEPT9 with the epigenetic biomarker mRASSF2A can be used for the detection of CRC recurrence after curative resection of the colorectal tumor.

A quantitative assay for detection of mSEPT9 and mRASSF2A has been developed for use in this potential CRC monitoring indication.
